Free usage resets at midnight UTC. Failed conversions don’t count. Premium removes the daily limit; file size and processing limits still apply.

Premium renews monthly at $5 USD until canceled. Cancel in your account before the next renewal; access lasts until the end of your paid period. A full refund is available within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Refunded payments end the access they paid for; disputed payments may suspend access.

PRIVACY & FILE HANDLING

Your files have a short stay.

Files are uploaded to our server for processing. Originals are removed when processing finishes. Downloads expire one hour after processing finishes, and the server removes them within the next minute. You can delete a completed file sooner using the remove button next to its download.

We use an essential session cookie to keep your downloads and account connected to your browser. Free usage is measured using account and network information to enforce the daily limit.

If you create an account, we store your email and a protected password hash. Stripe handles payments. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain billing records needed to manage your subscription, refunds, and disputes.

Avoid uploading highly sensitive information. Only upload files you have permission to use. PDF conversion may change interactive features or invalidate digital signatures. Conversion support depends on the file format; changing an extension alone does not convert a file.

BILLING & REFUNDS

A monthly plan you can cancel.

Premium costs $5 USD per month and renews automatically until you cancel. It removes the daily conversion limit. The same 250 MB upload limit and file processing limits apply to both plans; not every file can be converted or reduced to every size.

Cancel through Account → Manage subscription before your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund.

If Premium is not right for you, contact support within 7 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund. Refunding a payment ends the Premium access that payment covered. A refund does not cancel future renewals; cancel in Account if you do not want to renew. Later renewals are normally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we agree a refund is appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Access may be suspended while a payment dispute is open. Contact us if there is a problem with your payment or subscription.
